JASPER CARROTT
The career of this icon of British comedy spans five decades and reads like a history of comedy classics. Among his many accolades are BBC TV Personality of the Year, a Gold Medal at the New York TV and Film Awards, Midlander of the Year Award, his own ‘Star’ on Birmingham’s Walk of Stars and the British Comedy Awards Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008. In recognition of his outstanding work for charity, Jasper was awarded an OBE in Her Majesty’s New Year’s Honours List in 2003.
Far from being retired, the “Godfather of British stand-up” continues to play to packed houses throughout the UK.
“easily the funniest stand-up I’ve ever seen”. Jeremy Clarkson
“…one of the finest and funniest entertainment shows I’ve seen in a long time.”

“This show should come with a health warning… Jasper has this knack of being able to continue – and add to – a sketch so that it gets funnier by the second… I desperately wanted to see Alistair McGowan do his impressions… He’s one of my favourite comedians – and he didn’t disappoint.”
